Here are photos of a job we estimated and lost to a cheaper uninsured handyman. Needless to say it cost the client double as we were called back in to purchase and reinstall all crown mouldings. This handyman was not licensed or insured. The homeowner had to absorb all cost to have it redone. Look for a licensed, Insured Co. and ask for references. The proof is in the picture. Protect yourself.
